Recommendations from users like you has made a minor version upgrade available.  This version is in Beta, but there is nothing to worry about.

Download ZoomTool Version 1.4 ("setup.exe" install / uninstall)

Sorry, but the links were removed for previous beta versions.  The files will still exist on the FreewareUtils web server, but they will eventually be deleted.
